Looking for someone to take over my lease! Private bedroom and connected bathroom in a 4 bed, 4 bath apartment. There are 3 other girls, so only girls please! They all keep to themselves and are clean and friendly. The room is spacious and has a big walk in closet. There are lots of amenities including a pool, hot tubs, gym, and study room. There is covered parking if wanted. Great for students! There is a shuttle that takes you to CSU and back. No dogs but cats okay. I’m happy to send more pics upon request!
