Located: South Lamar neighborhood Rent ABP: $650 I am now looking for a roommate in my apartment! GREAT LOCATION!! I’m in need of saving some money. Lease ends July 2nd, so 1-3 month stay. I can add one person to my lease. Easy application process. I have a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in the South Lamar area! So, this is a STEAL price for the area we’re in and compared to total rent/bill cost🙂. I would be in the living room space. Third floor and my section is the only one with two balconies (so you can decorate one however you’d like, ex. a hammock or plants), storage on one balcony, new black appliances, new stackable washer dryer in unit, walk in closet, VERY walkable with Target and plaza with other stores (including a bank, LA fitness, Wheatsville, pet store etc) RIGHT behind the complex with another plaza right across the street from that plaza, restaurants and bars down the street, pool with grill area, and fitness center on site with yoga room, quiet, fireplace, pet friendly, doggie yard on site, dog wash center on site, conference room on site, quick commute to downtown, near public transportation, and I can answer anything else you’d like to know about here 🙂.

The last roommate was in the living area and used a privacy curtain to separate the area. The bedroom has a door if you choose that option, but the bathroom is located in the bedroom, so that’s why I prefer we have similar sleep schedules. Or that you go to bed later than I do. Rent includes pest control, renters insurance, electricity, water, Google Fiber WiFi, and valet trash service. You’ll have your own key. And there’s an entrance to outside through the bedroom. And you’ll have access to all the amenities if you’re added to my lease, so you need to be trustworthy and responsible! For being added to my lease, all you’d need to do is fill out an application and pass a background check. Because of the setup of the apartment I prefer a woman roommate. If you’re accepted by the complex I’ll reimburse your application fee.

I have a dog, so must love animals! I work early, so I’d also ideally like someone that works similar hours or that can be quiet when I’m sleeping 🙂. Ideally I’d like someone who cleans up after themselves and respectful of the shared space.

I’m into having an easy going and positive living environment, so here’s a little more info to see if we’d work as roommates: I personally wake up around 7:30am and go to sleep around 10:30pm, I’m vegan, I love going on hikes, I’m into fitness and a new personal trainer, I’m a huge movie buff, I’m introverted so sometimes I’ll just keep to myself, I value a clean and respectful environment. Prefer vaccinated roommate!
