Hi there! My roommate is moving out Sept 30 so I will have an available room on October 1st. This will be a one year lease. It is for a one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The only thing shared would be the living room & kitchen. There’s a washer & dryer in the unit & we would split a few bills (I already have internet as well & that can be split in half). I do have a daughter so I am only looking for a female roommate. The apartments are right down the street from UCR, it’s a 5 min drive & 10 min walk.
