I have 1 bedroom available with a shared bath in a beautiful brand-new build located in the very Northern part of Chesapeake, VA. Rent will be $800/month per room with internet included. It is a quiet, nice neighborhood and a very centralized location. It is less than a 10min drive to Greenbrier mall with most big brand stores, less than 20 min drive to Norfolk Naval Base, and 15min drive to downtown Norfolk! The space has a large open concept for kitchen/living room, furnished except for the bedrooms, in house washer/dryer, parking available in the driveway, and workout equipment in the garage! Hello! I am a Naval Officer that has been stationed in Norfolk for over 3 years. I am currently on sea duty so I spend a lot of time between my ship and taking weekend trips to visit family. I will not be living in the residence. The other 2 room mates are both active duty Navy who enjoy working out, are respectful of others, and are both quiet enjoyable room mates!
