Very LGBT friendly !!!! We are a gay male couple moving into the house February 1st one of us is the dad to a 14year old daughter & a 7 year old son .. They live with their mom but they do stay with us every other weekend and sometimes they come over for dinner . We are pretty cool guys one is a high school English teacher & the other is a warehouse manager ..We don’t really have parties or high traffic in and out .. We are pretty quiet and usually in bed by 9-930ish .. Obviously we are very LGBT friendly …We just ask for basic respect & consideration during night time hours ..Cause we all know the worst thing is being woke up by noisy roommates lol . Rent is 650 plus 1/3rd of utilities..It’s Oil heat so it should be easy for us all to be diligent in conserving energy so our bill is not huge .. The room for rent is actually the attic ..It’s huge and very spacious..FYI not some creepy horror movie attic either lol.. We will share the bathroom &the kitchen and you can chill in the living room or whatever makes you comfortable.. cats are perfectly ok ..We were actually thinking about getting one ourselves . just be clean and tidy and we will be fine. There is a washer & dryer in the basement ..front & back porch Anyway it’s worth a look if you are interested..thanks Oh and No Drugs No drugs No Drugs No Drugs No Drugs IN case that’s not clear No Drugs ! I have grown up around Drugs and I have seen Drugs take good people ,family & friends and will not tolerate drug addictions or addict behavior.
