Modern and minimalistic new build in a very nice area right off the 215. Includes access to cameras which are only outdoor, a new backyard that can be used at any time, washer and dryer, plus a private bathroom. Requirements include - cleanliness of your personal space plus bathroom, if using kitchen dishes they must be cleaned same day or put in the dishwasher, you can use dishes and pots but tupperware will have to be yours, allowed to smoke outside of the house in the backyard, alcohol is allowed, parties are allowed but need to discuss with owner first, guests can stay for up to 2 days unless discussed with the owner.

I’m a 24 year old male from Los Angeles. I work a full time night shift, so I will be out at work most of the day. I’m a very clean, friendly and responsible person.
