The apartment is located in Ashburn, VA - right near the GWU Virginia Science and Technology campus. It is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (both private) apartment. Your bedroom can come furnished as well with everything but mattress! It’s a very cozy space with a TV, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and fully supplied kitchen. Wifi is additional but is already set up. The apt complex comes with free parking, gym and pool access and an amazingly short 5 min drive to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods! Hi! My name is Rachel, I’m a 29 year old female and currently a nursing student at George Washington University. My roommate is moving back home and I am looking for someone (female preferred) to take over her space until the end of the lease in July 2022. I’m very easy to live with, friendly, and enjoy meeting new people. Being a student I will likely be studying a lot, but love to have chill nights baking, watching shows or exploring the area when I can!
