Takeya's room

I have a basement apartment available. Utilities are included. Room furniture included minus the TV. It’s a big full bathroom, kitchen, hall and bedroom. Bedroom has a door to outside with your own patio. Single women preferred. No couples or pets…Internet is included for an additional $50 a month. No smoking inside or around kids. No pets.

This is a family household. We have a cat and a friendly small indoor dog. We’re usually inside upstairs. I love music and occasionally I’ll be in the other area listening to music alone or with my small group of friends that we have over from time to time. The apartment area is closed off from my area so we won’t intrude on your space.
