About the room
Hi I have a two bedroom two full bathroom apartment in Danbury ct I am looking to rent out my master bedroom which has its own full bathroom and nice size closet. The apartment facility also includes a gym, a beautiful pool with bbq’s, assigned parking spaces which I usually find one right outside my front door,the apartment also has central heat and a/c , washer /dryer , a nice kitchen with dishwasher and dining room area and a nice size living room which leads out to the balcony It’s cable ready and includes WiFi I have to mention I have two black labs and a cat So I am looking for an animal lover who doesn’t mind pets! I am a very laid back easy going single professional who is looking for the same I would only ask that the rent be paid in time , to please keep the room and apartment clean , and respect the quiet hours (10:00pm to 8:00am)
