I own a new, beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condominium in Leesburg, Va. It’s located near the Villages shopping center in Leesburg, Virginia. I’m renting one of my bedrooms, with a private bathroom. You can either rent it furnished for $1300 or unfurnished for $1100 including utilities. I have a small Yorkie and she’s really sweet. I prefer not to have any other animals. I Have a college aged daughter who’s 20 who comes home in the summer for three months and she’ll be home for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
