Private room. With overhead storage, ceiling fan, & decent closet space. In unit washer/dryer, biking/running path runs through the community, community gym/pool/jacuzzi/yoga studio! Far enough away from the busyness of the Hill and Pearl street, but close enough for a bike ride or short drive. Very close to the Boulder reservoir in the summer. Located in on the First Floor making move in and move out an ease. Ignore the mess, I’m still moving in, decorating, & furnishing! The bathroom is separated from the room, it’s completely yours however, it’s also a guest restroom in a way. Reach out if you have any questions or would like to chat!

It’s just me (26y male) & my cat 🐈‍⬛ Luna! I moved from California in August. Excited to learn the ins and outs of Colorado! When I’m not working from home. I’m hiking, snowboarding, swimming, working out, or trying something new/adventurous. I’m nice, fit, & respectful of others. I have a degree in Finance from California State University San Marcos, & am still figuring out my next career move. I’m covering the majority of rent and am looking for a temp roommate to chip some of the rent off. Keep things moderately clean and all is well. I value communication and to be upfront, the Leasing office will want a lease signature of how long you would be staying.
