Hi there!
I am renting out a room in my house in South Hill Puyallup. It is unfurnished, with a shared bath and would have a female roommate in the future. I am renovating currently, and will be brand new inside. I am polite clean and quiet. I have my own area of the house and I am at work all day. I conduct interviews in person in public and conduct background checks prior to move in. The yard is massive and perfect for cookouts and parties.
Puyallup has direct access to Seattle through the sounders train and is an easy commute. Thanks!
