$250 a month, great deal! Nice spacious room for rent in a very clean apartment. The room is located at the far end of the apartment. It’s actually a living room there isn’t a wall in one end of the room so, a curtain or folding screen has to be set up to provide privacy. The roommates there (myself included) are very laid back. The other roommate is at work most of the time. I am a quiet individual that generally keeps to myself. Looking for another nice and respectful roommate. No parties or drugs permitted. Located in nice area $250 a month/fantastic!
