The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom to be rented. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything under the sun. Great for someone who likes to cook. The best cookware and cooking utensils. Everything you ever needed. Front loading washer and dryer. Storage is available in the garage also there is attic storage available. The house has been fully remodeled. Just putting the finishing touches. The roommate will be responsible for half the bills. I am looking for someone very clean and has pride in where they live. I have a 14-year-old shepherd mix female dog That basically just lays around and is super friendly. The roommate has full access to the entire house and can come and go as they please.
