About the room
Hey,
I’m looking for a roommate. I currently live by myself. It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Laguna Beach. There is a view from the room being rented out. There’s also a view on the deck. The view is a complete view of the ocean.
2 minute walk to the beach. 5 to 30 minute walk to restaurants, galleries and more (depending on where).
The place is a little older, but in good shape. No A/C.
Can hear ocean from room.
The bedroom being rented is fairly small but can fit a bed and some other items (I can get measurements for serious interested roommate - I just haven’t gotten measurements yet). The washer and dryer is in the bedroom being rented.
There is a living room, dining area and small kitchen. There is a couch in the living room. The TV is down in the pics as I’m getting a new TV (going on the wall). Cable included downstairs. Wi-fi included. There’s a parking spot. There is one bathroom which would be shared.
I can give you more info about me and the apartment and would want more info from you too if interested, as I aim to get the right roommate. I’m laid back, but want to get the right roommate who simply is respectable, pays their bills on time, etc.
Price per month: $1,350 or best offer.
