North Leavitt Street

We have a gorgeous room to let in our 3 bed apartment in Lincoln Square. Close to transit and several grocery stores, we also have an abundance of local bars and restaurants, and the best library!

The apartment is on the third floor, and the room has an east-facing window that lets in tons of natural light. There’s also a beautiful closet with shelves built in. The apartment is mostly furnished; just the bedroom would need furnishing, although we have space is you’re bringing couches or others. Down the hall there is a living room, kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. We have fast and reliable, internet, hardwood floors, new paint on the walls, and brand new windows! Water is included. Bills for gas, electric, and internet are usually around 50-60 per month.

Roommates are two teaching/theatre/bartender types, F in our 30’s, and we’re open and welcoming. We’re responsible and friendly - we like to keep things clean, but we’re not anal about it. We like to cook and have little gatherings, but most of the time we’re pretty quiet. Interests range from travel and teaching to football to makeup to music and beyond. Very respectful of personal space. Working on getting a ROKU up and running for the TV so we can socialize over the latest SNL, Great British Bake Off, Stranger Things, or the Crown.

Hoping to find a young professional with similar interests. Technically available on February 1st, but we’re open to sooner. Rent is 700/month plus deposit. No move in fee.
