About the room
Roommate wanted. All utilities included with basic cable apps, Netflix and HBO, Showtime. Hardwood floors, large unit, permit parking, dishwasher, iRobot vacuum, garage storage, huge yard (see pictures), amazing location, central and close to everything including the new metro line, furnished, except for your bedroom, (furnished in the pics but that is all going) no pets. I have a very chill cat. Lots of closet space. One month security deposit and signed legal sublease month to month after a 6 month term.
There are only 4 units in the building. Great neighbors. Very friendly.
Looking for a working professional, normal person who is equal parts fun and responsible at the same time, and someone chill with now and again. My current roommate is great, but he is moving for a job.
