West Grace Street

I relocated to the Chicago area in September and have a spare bedroom that I am interested in renting out. The home is located in Old Irving Park, about 5 blocks from the Metra and Blue Line. The home is very centrally located- 20 minutes to O’Hare and 20 minutes to downtown.

A little about me- I’m a 29 year old female that works Monday-Friday as a sports industry professional.

I would consider myself to be a very clean individual therefore I am looking for a roommate that would consider themselves clean as well. I typically get up around 5:00AM and head to the gym and then drop home fast for a quick shower before heading out to work. For this reason I prefer quieter nights during the week and on the weekends I enjoy exploring the city and finding new places to grab food and drinks. My schedule varies as I get closer to event season in July but for the most part I work 9AM-6PM.

The room itself is fairly large, easily fits a queen sized bed and dresser and has a decent sized closet. It has two large windows on either side of the bed that look out into the small yard and patio area. There is only one bathroom in the house but it is kept clean at all times and as long and you let me know what time you typically get ready I can make sure that I am cleared out. The home also has an in-unit washer and dryer and plenty of free street parking.

In addition to myself I do have a 8 year old black lab named Ava. She is a super easy going dog that spends her day lounging on the couch or in my bedroom. I typically take her out for a walk in the morning before work and in the evening before bed so she keeps pretty mellow throughout the day. In the spring I will likely bring Ava to work with me 2-3 days a week.
