Close to CSU. Easy bike ride downtown or to the city park! Street parking in front of house. 3bedrooms ( 1 is used as office/storage space ) and 1 bath. Fenced in backyard. House is one thousand sq ft. House and kitchen are furnished and laundry machinery in mudroom off of kitchen. No dishwasher but decent sized kitchen. Livingroom is furnished and has tv and two couches. No dining area yet but looking to get a new table!

26 yr old female college student with two cats. Not allowed to add more pets to the lease sadly. :( Loves to bike, ski, hike, garden, relax and do nothing, paint, and go to school. Quiet on work days and open to an occasional gathering on weekends. Have a grill and small back patio to cook out on!
