The rent will include one personal Master suite bedroom, personal bathroom, and private parking space. Only a 1 to 2 month contract is available. Rent will begin in early April 2022 and end May 31, 2022.

Newly remodeled hardwood floors for the bedrooms, easy access to high end washing and drying machines, and an average of 480 mbps WIFI download speed. We also have a full kitchen, with stove, fridge, microwave, and advanced water purifying systems. Attached to the home is a garage being used as a home gym with treadmill and full body weight rack. Lastly, we have a beautiful little flower garden in the front and sides of the home to add a touch of therapeutic beauty whenever you come home from a long day. Small pets are okay.

Everyone is vaccinated! There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the home. You will be given a Master suite bedroom and personal bathroom. While the two other tenants will be in their own bedrooms and shared bathroom. Your roomies will be my mother and and my friend Lindsay. Lindsay owns a cat who only stays in her room name Kat. I for one, have moved to Austin Texas to be with my wife and will no longer be in the area. I am a bruin alumni and a reservist in the U.S. Navy. My mother is a supervisor at a Thai restaurant. Lindsay is a client coordinator with a successful IV servicing company. We all love to clean and we don’t do any drugs or smoke. We all love good company and respect privacy.
