I’m looking for someone to replace me on a lease in a cute 2bd, 2bath cottage just north of downtown Santa Barbara, walking distance to State Street. The room would be shared with one other person, and you would also be sharing one of the bathrooms with her as well. The living room and kitchen are already furnished, you would just need bedroom furniture. Laundry and dryer are already in the house.

You would be sharing the place with three awesome women in their early to mid-20’s who are all working professionals. They are clean and considerate, and we’re looking for someone who is the same! Please contact me if you want to learn more or meet everyone!
