Amanda's room

Large master bedroom available to rent. Can easily fit a CalKing bed with room to spare. Walk in closet. Private bathroom. Couples will be considered. No live in children. Okay if they come to stay a couple nights a week (2 nights max - in a row). Please inform the Owner prior to any over night guests (no-live in guests). There is a small gray cat that runs around the house. He is very sweet but I request he be left alone for the most part. He shouldn’t be allowed into your room (keeps him out of things lol). All utilities are included (unless there is a spike in a specific utility). Internet is also included (time warner). I have no problem discussing any internet upgrades (although, I think it is fairly decent. Brother is a programmer & a gamer lol). Kitchen, living room, and down stairs bathroom access is allowed. The garage should only be used if you need to use the washer & dryer. Please be respectful of all appliances. You can have space in the fridge and cabinets (I will let you know what areas are designated for your use). Please keep your room/bathroom clean and pick up after yourself in the common areas. Property does have Ring cameras (outside) and in the common area (clearly visible). Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Room is freshly painted white and has light brown hardwood floors. The photos attached are of how it was furnished a few years ago. The Master Bedroom has no furnishings. Whiling to provide more photos on request.

Please note, I also have a normal size room (maybe 3/4 the size of the master) that I am open to renting for $1100. It’s the same property. The difference is it does not include a private bathroom. You would share it with a roommate. It includes one parking space. This room has carpet. Everything else is the same.

I go to school and mostly keep to myself. You can find me in my room or at my desk in the living room. I don’t cook much but food smells don’t bother me (if you like to cook). I like things kept clean and organized. Our other roommate does their own thing and mostly keeps to themself.
