Chase's room

Hello all I am going to be renting out one room in my three bedroom three bath house the place is located off of Broadway and evens so really close to downtown. All utilities included in the 800 fastest internet with channels. I am 30 years old and so is the other roommate we both work in construction. we like to go out on weekends everything from concerts and camping to grilling in the backyard. we are very respectful of each other space we are not clean freaks but we keep the common areas nice. The dishes done, the trash taken out and the bathrooms clean. We have two very friendly dogs that love everybody so no pets as we are not trying to have a zoo. We both do smoke weed if you smoke cigarettes that’s fine just not in the house we love our craft beers as well.

Chase 30 work in construction, Julian 29 works in construction. 4 year old mini golden retriever and 6 year old black lab.
