A bedroom is available for rent in our townhouse in Stamford, CT on October 1st. Rent is $1,000/month, plus utilities. Utilities are split evenly and come out to about $70-100/mo per person (fluctuating with the seasons). They cover water, gas, electric and wifi. Security deposit is $750 and is required up front.

The common areas (large updated kitchen, large living room, half bath) are shared with the other housemates, as well as the washer/dryer in the second-floor bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The male has the master bedroom. You would share the full bath with the two females. Your room would be the entire basement (unfurnished - with windows, private half bath, tile flooring that looks like wood, and enough space for a bedroom and living room setup). There is also some additional storage space in the attic.

The house is a mile from the Stamford train station and Cummings Park. One block from Shop Rite. I-95 is very close as well for driving (exit 8).

We are three professionals (two females, one male) in our late 20s/early 30s looking for a female in the same age range to fill a vacancy that has opened in our house. We are not what I would describe as a party house. Additionally, we are not looking for any pets. Non-smokers only please.

We are all working professionals who occasionally work from home and are pretty easy-going, respectful and clean. We clean up after ourselves in the common areas and would expect you to do the same.
