This is an upper unit 3 bed 1 bath and in need for one more guy. This place is right down the road from downtown in Heritage Hill area which is super close to GRCC the rent would be $600 with utilities that would be split between the 3 of us, if you are interested please message me. This unit includes private parking in the back of the house. There will be no smoking of any kind.

I am 20 years old and will be a full-time student at GRCC and will have a dog so must be okay with that. The other roommate is 23 years old and will be going to school at Davenport and will be working. We are both very chill guys and just looking for someone just as chill that will also be just as clean as us.
