In-unit laundry, dishwasher, and appliances. Must like cats as there are 3 of them, all very sweet and friendly. The room is fully furnished with a large closet and shared bathroom. The room is $550 base rent and amenities cost extra; the max rent I have paid is $625. Parking is available. It is originally a 4 bedroom 2 bath. There are two other roommates and one empty bedroom. You would be sharing a bathroom with one girl and have your own private bedroom. I would be handing you over my lease so the rental is in your name and there wouldn’t be any subleasing fees.
