I’ve got a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,073sq ft ground floor end unit reserved at the Avena Apts. off of 104th Ave. in Thornton. Located right next to I-25. You would have your own detached bathroom as the master has one in it. The unit has a washer and dryer, as well as a patio and there are options to rent a garage or carport. It is a dog friendly area that does require around a $400 dollar pet deposit, and an additional $35 a month. There is a private fenced in dog park in the area as well as access to the Lambertson Lakes Open Space nature trail. There is a King Soopers and Safeway very close by as well.

You will have access to pool, hot tub, workout area, etc.

Though I am 4/20 friendly, the unit is “officially” listed as non smoking.

You will need to submit an application through the actual company which does cost $20 and they will verify employment, credit, your standard background check stuff.

Total rent would be roughly $2,117 depending on pets. Your half would be close to 1,060 plus half of utilities which is only gas and electric. Deposit is $400 total so your half would be $200. It is available August 31st.

I am a 28 year old male that runs a dispensary in the Denver area. I moved out to Colorado from IL back in 2013 for a previous relationship. I’m laid back, I get along with pretty much everyone and I’m not a party person or one that has many large social gatherings.

I’m really big on travel, exploring, video games, concerts, computers, and pop culture. I’m always trying to plan out adventures to keep life interesting. Not a big sports fan but if you are more power to ya.

I do have furniture such as a couch, coffee table, end table, pictures, etc so if you don’t have much that’s fine.

I’m looking for a potential roommate as my previous one fell through and I’d rather not cancel because my current lease expires on the 31st and I have to be out by then.

This would be my first time living with someone I don’t know personally so I’d like to meet up for some coffee or even a video chat to get to know each other beforehand.
