This is a quiet Christian household. There is a required contract agreement. There are two other renters. This single rental space is a shared basement and is NOT 420 friendly. The home is in Bromley Park across from an HOA park. Parking is on the street in front of houses.

I am a Christian and attend Orchard Church in Brighton . I am 78 years old. I am married. I am an RN. I appreciate respect, integrity, cooperation and excellent communication. There is a contract to sign. I can send a copy of the contract if you send me your email address. There is no smoking or drinking alcohol or recreational drug use on the premises.
