Unfurnished room available in a 3 bed 2 bath house. The house is about a 5 minute bike ride or 10 minute walk from campus. The house is fully furnished (except the 3rd room) and comes with laundry machines, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, AC, internet, oven/stove, an extended driveway and a one car garage we use for storage. Front gardening maintenance is taken care of weekly. Internet and electricity are included in your rent. We have a good sized back yard with a die table, a hammock, and space for a garden. It’s also located conveniently next to a Safeway, gas stations, and lots of food places.

We are a male and a female going into our sophomore year at Chico State. We both have part time jobs and full time schedules at school. We don’t have a preference for a male or female roommate as long as you’d be comfortable sharing a bathroom with a female. We both enjoy sports, biking, the outdoors, drinking, but also staying in and focusing on schoolwork. We prefer someone who is respectful of boundaries, able to properly communicate and someone who cleans up after themselves. We typically split groceries and other household necessities. There is currently a rabbit and a foster dog living in the house.
