Renting two rooms on a quiet street in Azalea Park. Utilities, including high-speed internet, are included in rent. The house is conveniently located in Orlando and would be perfect for a student. You would have access to all areas : living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and porch/backyard. Common areas are furnished, but the rooms are currently unfurnished. If you need the room furnished, then I can arrange that.

The first rooms is $600/month with utilities included. The larger room is $650/month with utilities included.

I am currently staying in a separate studio with my dog on the property, so I mostly won’t be in the main house. I work from home and mostly keep to myself. I’m a huge nerd so you can find me playing video/tabletop games, watch anime, etc. I do have a medical marijuana card, so I do smoke on the property occasionally (not in the house).
