Private studio for rent in a single-family home. The studio is adjacent to the house with private entry, private bathroom and laundry. The house is in a quiet neighborhood in West Park, Roseville 95747. Rent is $1,200/mo, all inclusive (gas/electric/wifi, water/sewer/garbage). The room is for rent to one (1) person only, no overnight guest allowed. Pet is allowed with additional $300 deposit. Proof of income required. Upon move-in, one (1) month deposit require. Available for move-in Early April.

We are young couple who both work in the medical field and have 3 dogs. We are pet friendly, non-smoking and drug-free household and looking for roommate that is clean, dog friendly, drama free and financially stable.
