I am easy going with a great sense of humor, a math nerd who works as a data scientist. I have two empty rooms in this townhouse I bought and thought it would be a good idea to rent one. I have two children a boy who is 12 and girl who is 15, they live with their mother, but occasionally visit (less than once a month and do not sleep here), I usually spend weekends visiting them. You get a spot in the garage and pretty much the first floor of the townhome, with a bath you will not have to share with anyone. The only exception is the laundry room which I will use about once a week. We will share the kitchen and the living room, but I do not spend a lot of time there.
