A bit about the spot: Looking to fill one large bedroom in a spacious 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Allston; rent is $866.66 utilities are typically around $30-50 give or take. It is a second floor unit with a back porch, FREE off street parking, Coin-op laundry in basement. No pets unfortunately I don’t make the rules.

Right on the 64 + 57 bus lines, under 10 minute walk to Greenline B, and 3 min walk to the Commuter rail- Worcester/Framingham line. Across from Stop and Shop, Liquor stores, walking distance to all of the bars and entertainment. It’s an overall great spot to live for anyone. Large common area and dining area. Utilities are split 3 ways which include heat, electricity, and internet.

Note: The roommate who is moving out and his girlfriend have a lot of stuff taking up space that will be gone come move-in day. Because of that, I’ve included an older photo of the space. I have some new couches that will be moved into the common area as well.

I (Ryan, mid 20’s) have lived here for 3 years, my other roommate Chris, early 30s has been here for like 1.5 years. We are both working professionals and keep it pretty laid back, not too crazy. I work as a data analyst and work from home, like to cook, stay active and enjoy going out to bars on the weekends. We are both pretty clean people, and for the most part, its pretty quiet during the week. Our roommate is moving out to live with his GF so we are looking to get someone for a September 1 move in. We are looking for someone who has stable job (or source of income/cosign if grad student), is clean, and respectful about having friends over.
