This Property is Located about 20 min from Downtown Fort Worth, TX. You’ve got all the conveniences of being close to a Major Highway, but without the noise and nearby to a local shopping center area.

TCU is pretty close as well if you’re a student.

This is a new life situation for me so no one besides myself is currently living at this Location, so you’ll have the honor of being my first roomie!

Having me as a roommate is a like a having a best friend without the awkwardness of feeling like you owe me something besides the Rent money :).

You don’t have the worry about the internet going down because I’m an IT Professional and you’ll have your own dedicated Wi-Fi. If you’re looking for a GYM/Hiking buddy I’m your guy.

I don't Smoke/Do Drugs or have any Drama at home so it's going to be chill here and I'd like to keep it that way! There are a couple of house rules I would expect my future roommate to understand/respect:

-Fridge/pantry is not shared (you’re welcome to store your things there, but you have to buy your own food)

• No Drama (Angry stuff on the phone = go outside, no Relationship Drama)
• Smoke Free House
• No illegal Drugs
• No Parties unless it’s a LAN Party (Nerds welcome)
• No Excessive Loud Music at odd hours (When most people are asleep), Noise, Obnoxiousness etc..

My goal is to create the best environment possible for not only Myself, but for you and your other future roommate.

This is basic stuff that ensures the Respect and Sanctity of the household and keeps the problems out, so we can focus on being good roommates and not bringing in our problems/Baggage on display.

As your roommate I'm focused on creating an uplifting and positive environment for us both, so we can live our lives in peace and get sleep like normal people.

Personally I don’t care when you sleep or when you work, or even what you do with your life just be respectful/pay rent on time and don’t cause drama and we’re good!
