 About the room: Private bedroom with bath available right away in a 2br/2bath 1170 Sq.ft spacious 14th floor apartment in a well maintained building. Room is 11X12 with a built-in closet. Bathroom located right outside the room. The room fits a queen bed easily and opens to the large balcony that runs along the length of the apartment, offering stunning city views. About the apartment: Sharing area includes the built in washer/dryer and the living room that has a TV, furniture and a large(8 chair) dining table for common use. The open concept kitchen comes full size fridge, lots of cabinet space, a stove and a built in microwave. About the building: Two elevators available at all times. Secured parking is available for 75/month(not included in the rent) in the basement. Storage is available as well for additional cost. Swimming pool, BBQ space, Hot tub, mini gym are open amenities to residents. About me: I am the other roommate in the larger bedroom and willing to share the common area space and furniture in there.
