I own a single family 900 square foot bungalow with a semi- finished basement equipped with washer/dryer, 2 full bedrooms, (approximately 75 square ft) a sunroom, fully functioning kitchen and shared living room/dining room space.

I am looking for a young professional or student to share the house with my daughter (who lives in the basement in a finished room), and her best friend (who occupies one of the upstairs bedrooms). They are young, industrious, somewhat artsy (both Waldorf grads) and work/go to school full-time, so they are on the premises only in the evening.

All utilities, including wi-fi are included. The residence includes central air and is located relatively near red/brown lines and just 2 blocks west of Western off of Granville. Tenants have full access to backyard/garden area as well. Garage is for landlord storage only as of now.

No smoking in house. No guests staying more than 2 nights without landlord consent. Pets negotiable, as current tenant has a cat. Common sense and courtesy expected since it’s a shared living space. It really has the look and feel of a home rather than just a room in a flat.
