Annalise's room

My two roommates and I are looking for a fourth roommate for the upcoming year! Currently there are three of us in the house and we are going into our 3rd year at CSU! The house is super close to campus and to bus lines off Prospect and Shields. You would have the entire basement to yourself and your own bathroom. The three of us are planning to study abroad in the spring so you would likely have the place to yourself for the spring semester! The lease would be 8/15/21-8/15/22 and we could potentially allow for a shorter lease if necessary. Utilities and internet are included in rent.

My roommates and I are all going into our junior year at CSU. We’re very easy going and drama free. We all love spending time outdoors and eating good food. We’re so excited to meet you!
