It’s a 1760 sqft home with a living room and a Den. my house has a separate laundry room off the kitchen.( yes!!! You can do your laundry) there’s a Nicely maintained yard with a two car garage and plenty of parking. You will have your own room, the bathroom would be (shared with the occasional guest sometimes they can’t make it to my bathroom 🤣). For the most part it’s yours. There’s hardwood floors throughout except your bedroom and the guest room.

I’m a single ,full time working, female in her early 30s who’s extremely clean I prefer to come home to a clean house and would like the same in a roommate.
