We are a neat and quiet shared house located in the Central District of Seattle looking for a new roommate! There are eight people living here; the house functions a bit like a small apartment building. Some of us are more extroverted, some more introverted, but we are all invested in a positive living environment and get along well.

Our house rules are fairly laid back, aside from general agreements such as cleaning up after one’s self in the kitchen and other common areas and keeping volume down during the nighttime hours. We have organized a kitchen cleaning schedule that includes all roommates; each week we take turns being in charge of making sure the counters, stove, and table are wiped down, that the floor is swept, and that the dishes are rotated through the dishwasher. Generally we also take turns buying common use items like paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. There is a handyman hired through the management company we are able to contact if any repairs need to be made.

To move in, a new tenant must provide first and last month’s rent, plus a security deposit ($300) and move-in fee ($150). The monthly rent amount listed includes utilities and internet service.
