The House: Bright, beautiful home with multiple fireplaces and custom kitchen. Two-story windows facing a panoramic view of Pike’s Peak and Pike forest. Looking for person(s) who desire a peaceful, harmonious lifestyle and who love looking at nature. Koi pond inside provides great ambiance and waterfall. I never have more than two roomies and myself to insure our happiness….3 max

Great hiking trails right in the neighborhood. Also, awesome kings crown loop trail circles neighborhood, paved .8 mile loop great for walking/jogging.

My name is Deb. I am recently retired age 61. I love sharing my wonderful home, showing people around the area and making people feel welcome here! I have one very sweet gal living with me as well. (Her bedroom is way at the end of the hall so it is very private here.) We enjoy interaction with each other but also respect each others privacy as well.
