Looking to share my lovely 2 bed 2 bath apartment with one other female. Available 7th of September and this is a month-to-month rental agreement. The apartment is located on a quiet tree lined street. Centrally located close to Whole Foods, Ralph’s, Trader Joes, coffee shops and parks.

FEMALE ONLY, 30-40s, quiet, easy going, no drama, very clean and tidy that will agree to take it in turns cleaning communal areas. Looking for someone who has a 9 to 5 full-time job & busy social life. So, uses the home more of a base. Someone who doesn’t bring the party home, but friends are cool to come over now and again.

The room has two closets and comes with own main full bathroom; complete with nice shower over bath and plenty of cupboard space. We have a homely living room and kitchen diner to share. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including microwave, coffee machine, blender, pots and pans etc. Plus, a great communal pool and laundry room, plenty of street parking and you will get a permit. There is a great community spirit hear with friendly neighbors.

The room is $970 per month with one month deposit of $970. We have Cable TV (with HBO, Showtime, Cinemax etc) & fast speed Internet in living room and both bedrooms! With gas and electric and the cable, bills come to roughly $160 per month. To secure the room I require 1 month deposit.

I’m a British female in my early 40’s. I’m very clean and tidy, bubbly and fun. I work a lot but when I am home, I like it to feel as homely as possible with no drama. I have a small dog, so you must be ok with that.
