Max's room

The property is a decently sized house in the Reserve at McKinney Falls Neighborhood, with access to a swimming pool and recreational area right next door. All of the common areas of the house are available to be used, as well as the furniture within. The room I am renting out doesn’t have much in the way of furniture, but since I rarely ever use any of the furniture in the rest of the house you would be free to pick and choose from it as you please and keep it in the room, with the promise that you wouldn’t damage it too badly of course. The room itself is 120 sq. ft., with a 6.5 sq. ft. closet, with a ceiling fan and window. There is a mattress and mattress topper, along with a coffee table and large pillow in there currently, and as I said before you can move any of the furniture from the common areas into the room since I am not using them that much.

I keep to myself most of the time, and I easily spent most of my days in my room, and I like to keep the house clean. I live with a lady named Carol who is 77 years old, but she is super sweet and kind, and far more understanding and open than I thought she would be when she moved in. She is a delight to be around, and will always have an open discussion with you if you have an issue with something. She has already told me that she is LGBTQ+ and weed-friendly, so don’t worry about that. The only times she has had a problem before was when the previous roommate couldn’t quiet down and didn’t pick up after themselves.
