The “apartment” is the first floor of a duplex, and it’s a 3-bedroom 1-bathroom, featuring a spacious living room and kitchen, and a huge basement with laundry! 2 off-street parking spots are available in the back (shared between the roommates), with plenty of street parking. Super safe and friendly neighborhood, close to Scalzi Park and downtown. Landlord is awesome, if there’s ever an issue he fixes it immediately!
