Spacious shared studio. You’d have the area connected to the kitchen. I have a room divider set up which can block off the view of your things to the front entrance. There is a curtain that divides your area from my area. There is a grocery store and laundromat in walking distance. There is plenty of street parking and the property has an enclosed backyard.

I recently moved back to California after living on the Big Island, HI for about 3.5 years. I lived in SoCal my entire life before that. I graduated from SDSU with a BS in Biology. I grew up in Ventura County so this is my first time living in the LA area. My hobbies and interests include gaming, anime, tv/movies, and basically more introverted things along with some beach and more water related outdoor activities. I’m definitely much more of a homebody but still run errands and hang out with friends on the weekends, and once I find work I’ll be out on the weekdays more frequently as well. I’m very clean, considerate, and open to communication always. I have no problem accommodating to a certain extent. I do smoke marijuana every day for medical reasons but have no problem smoking outside if that’s an issue and will try to keep everything sealed indoors as much as possible. I am a night owl but I do prefer things to be quieter by 10pm and no talking after midnight since we will be in close proximity. I’m always down to compromise and don’t mind being told if I’m ever being too loud!
