Hello all I am looking for someone who is willing to take over my lease on sept 1st 2021. I have the master bedroom it is huge with 3 closets. The apartment is located in the sandy springs area near buckhead. It is gated with a swimming pool and tennis court. Must be able to pass background and credit check also the security deposit is for the application and admin fee which would be paid to the apartment complex. Please message me if interested
