Hello! My name is Kyle. I am renting out one of the rooms in my house in Almaden. The room is unfurnished, and the bathroom is split between you and the other roommate. The room will be available Mid January. This is a sublease, and will only be available for 6 months max.

It’s a big beautiful, older styled home in Almaden, San Jose. There’s a beautiful backyard along with a deck, I regularly have dinner on. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Lot’s of parking space. The house comes with a Washer, Dryer, Dish Washer, Air Conditioning, Heat, Wifi. We split Water, and Electricity.

I’m looking for a professional, respectful, clean roommate to live with. Not looking for a roommate I have to pick up after haha. Ideally someone who is in their mid 20’s early 30’s. I myself am 29 and would like to live with someone close to my age. Light drinking and smoking (not in the house) is allowed. We have a cat, who’s chill just likes to play, but do not want any other pets. No couples. Overnight guests are allowed, just as long as you talk to me first about it, and the person is not awful. I like to keep the house clean, and especially the kitchen since I cook quite a lot. All in all it’s a relaxed adult environment.
