The apartment is beautiful and Midtown is such a nice area to live, especially as a young professional! The two rooms that need to be filled both have bathrooms right next to the rooms, although one has a balcony and shower while the other just has a half bath (no balcony). They are both beautiful and spacious and have floor to ceiling windows. We also have an amazing view facing the water on one side of the apt!

Just moved to Miami from NY a few months ago. My roomies are moving out soon (one sept. 1 and one oct. 1st and I’m looking for young professionals to take their leases! I like to keep the apartment clean and quiet for the most part during the week. A little more about me: I’m 25 years old and I work full time (mostly remote) as a lead UI/UX designer. Other than than, I’m super extroverted and love to hangout with my friends/go out, whether it be for drinks & dinner during the week or out to a club on weekends. I’m also very into house music & techno and would loveeee to live with people who would come to raves with me. Would also be nice to have wine nights and hang :)
