Cleveland Place

The apartment is a narrow three story building with a basement, in an alley in the North End, with one bedroom downstairs, two bedrooms on the third floor, and a kitchen/living room area on the second floor. Washer/drier units are included in the basement, and there are two bathrooms. The location is ideal, tucked away from the busy parts of the North End but still very close to shops/restaurants and other attractions. The apt is a five minute walk from North Station.

I am a 23-year-old young professional working in software engineering, and I am on a hybrid remote/in-office work schedule. My two current roommates are moving out at the end of the year and I am hoping to stay in the apartment with two new people filling the rooms on the top floor. I am a fairly neat person and I try to be very respectful of the common spaces, and communicative about the use and general upkeep of the apartment. I am very easy-going and easy to live with, and I’m looking for friendly and fun people to share a very cool apartment with for a few months.
