The property is located in downtown Minneapolis. It has three beds and one shared bath although the landlords have been taking about installing another bathroom sometime this summer. There is both a front and back yard. The back yard has vegetable garden and a large lilac bush that acts as a privacy fence. The front yard has a medium sized deck with table and chairs. there is a laundry room in basement as well as space for extra storage. The second floor of the house is one large room with 2 descent sized closets and a medium sized nook that looks over the front yard. there is on street parking right in front of the house and a space in back for you to park as well.

Hello! my name is Brynnah my roommate August and I are currently renting this house we are pretty chill and laid-back. Were somewhat introverted but are down to hang out and don’t mind company. We are both into plants and gardening so our house has quite a bit of foliage. August is very artsy and and enjoys movies and video games. I sew as a hobby and by trade. you’ll usually find me in my room studying or in the basement working on a sewing project. we are respectful of other peoples space and boundary’s. communication is very important to us. it is important that we all feel comfortable in the space. we will do our best to keep the common areas of the house clean and organized.
