Three bedroom townhouse - owners use owner’s suite a few days a month when they are here. Renting out the other two bedrooms. Professional responsible adult, no pets or smoking. Roommate has use of private room and will share rest of home with second roommate (kitchen, living room, etc). Minimum 6 month lease. Internet and water included. Roomates split electric and gas for approximately $50/month each. Condo is a very quiet end unit - and room can be available furnished or unfurnished.

The owners are software engineers who live full time in California - they lived here for several decades but have just retired to CA to take care of a relative. They want to maintain a home in Fort Collins for when they come back once a month and also to see their daughter who is in college. The other roommate is a 41 year old professional who works from home a couple of days a week and is incredibly clean and awesome. This is a great roommate setup for someone that wants to live in a nice house with nice people.
